Everyone is having that problem at the moment. The Hylia is having problems again. Most likely it's a server problem and we all must wait for one of the admins to put in a support ticket. From time to time the server screws up. It's a part of internet life.

Edit: It seems that The Hylia is up and running again. Just checked it and I'm able to d/l anime.
