Nagisa & Shizuma (Strawberry Panic)
Yoruichi & Soi Fon (Bleach)
Ichigo & Rukia (Bleach)

But there are so many other anime couples that I ship, also non-yuri ones. I just never manage to remember every one.
I also make couples in Video Games often.
