every Pi day (March 14, aka 3/14) during elementary school, my math class was challenged by the math teacher 2 memorize the 1st 100 digits of Pi. we had about a week prior 2 pi Day 2 memorize them. i only made it up 2 30-sumthing digits, but 1 4got all of them by now. 1 yr, a person got 70 or 80-sumthing digits, so that was pretty cool.

on Pi Day 2008, my geometry teacher said we could all bring in a pie of any kind. we 1st did sum activities, like finding its circumference and watnot, and then we enjoyed the yummy pies
