Thumbs up My Response to this Thread: "Favorite Anime Soundtrack?".
As for now, my favorite anime soundtrack is "Lucky Star OP: Motteke! Sailor Fuku". I used to listen to that particular soundtrack many (or many many) times (still do sometimes); especially "Kaeshite! Knee Socks" (track #2 of 4) & "Motteke! Sailor Fuku" (track #1 of 4).
