Its fun to be the mod and go along with things like this... (But only when the person receiving the message is a real good friend and gets the joke.)
If hes not changing user names, do a user name ban?
And a wild card would work if the very last set was the only set of numbers that were different.
And then if a member shares those numbers, you should be able to do a unban on the IP of that specific member.
I'm a former web admin for several forums... so I know how to do several things...
