Okay... all the 60.5x.*.* and the 60.48.*.* are all relatively close... But where does the 124.13.*.* come from? I know IPs are kind of random, but not that much...
And I know this may have been thought of... But Its an idea nonetheless. How about changing his privileges so that he can't post? Or has that been done, and he makes a new account?
