or here is a better idea just dont use IE period. Use firefox its better in all ways. If u are using Firefox and have to oh u know use IE for some inane reason than use the extension IE tab it bascially gives u IE in Firefox. Also from time 2 time u need to clear u cookies and cache and all that good stuff in Firefox and thats done from the tools-options menu.
