What do you mean by "How was this banned user?"? He keeps on resigning up with new user names here and he's been banned now 30 times. We can't ban his IP address because it changes every time he gets online. But he sometimes acts like a guest without signing up only to search members who have their yahoo addy listed and then messages them. He use to send members private messages... weird messages.
