I'd have to disagree and it's a simple reason. For example when I subscribe to a magazine for a year, I pay their asking price in advance and I receive my one years worth of them, then it runs out after I get my last issue for the time I prepaid for. UNLESS I VOLUNTARILY send another payment for a year. The subscription expires in 12 months and I get no more issues unless I renew they don't draft my checking account or charge my card automatically.
I see your point but I hope you see ours. Just change a few things and all will be peaceful from now on.
Your terms are NOT clear and you need to put yourself into our shoes. People forget and so did I but at the same time the followup email led me to believe I had a choice to have recurring withdrawals which I immediately knew I'd never sign up for that and it's NOT listed or mentioned anywhere using that word "recurring".
Can you see the point of the whole mess?! Fix it and we can all relax!
