What about Nuriko from Fushigi Yuugi? He TOTALY looks like a girl (even though that was his actual intention). And he is also, probably my favorite character from that anime

!!! And also Jukotsu from InuYasha is my favorite Band of 7 character. (naughty me, I know

He even got a female voice actor here in Gemany xD
The real funny thing about this is: In one episode, you can see "her" titties, they didn't cut this scene xD

i mostly m able to distinguish betn them (eyebrows generally give it away)
its only a problem mostly with new anime watchers,
unless its really made that way
for example jakotsu or the getbacker guy who uses hair or something,
there are of course more examples of these but its really a cool and surprising part of anime.
