Betterman and G Gundam.

I'd say Blood +, Inuyasha, Cowboy bebop, outlaw star, and full metal alchemist are among my top 5.

Elfen Lied

it's a shorty, but it's brilliant

i also tend to enjoy anime that feature humans fighting with beasts or servants

like the more commercial anime such as Pokémon, Digimon, Yu-Gi-Oh or Metabots.. but they're not nearly as good as Elfen Lied was

haven't gotten to the point of seeing Persona Trinity Soul.. but i'm hoping to do it soon

It's not too long so you won't be too bored but long enough to satisfy you ^__^
And it's a Fantasy Adventure anime, my favorite genre
And the Ed is cute, short and genius, my favorite combination...

I love Strawberry Panic for the shoujo stuff and i like Shakugan no Shana (season one) for the more shounen stuff

i like Yu-Gi-Oh! series...

I am currently watching Monster. It is the best anime for those who love mysteries and sick twists. Its also 74 episodes, so you can really get into the mindset of the show.

Escaflowne, i really liked the pacing of the show. No pointless filler like most shows insist on having these days.

Bleach. Bleach is freaken awesome. Action, drama, romance, comedy. The best.

I have too many favorites to count but FMA is definitely one of them, Higurashi no Naku Koro ni is amazing as well.
