Anime Paper is one of the worst places to get wallpapers. After a few downloads, you need to make your own to download. In my opinion, one of the best place to get wallpapers is from 4chan's /w. I'm not linking to it because other areas of the site are 100% NSFW.

All right, anime wallpaper sites.
4scrape is a site that a person on 4chan made that automatically archives wallpapers posted on it. /w/ is for anime while /wg/ is for general. Just type in the anime name and it'll look it up. An extremely useful way to get wallpapers without having to go to 4chan.

www.Konachan.com is another good one. It often has ecchi wallpapers though. When searching for something use underscores instead of spaces. So instead of school rumble search school_rumble.

Those two will usually be enough.
