Rainbow arc is a filler. Its before skypia arc. And yes this is the anime version.

omg! How many epiodes are there total? "upto 140" sounds ridiculous...lol I can't imangine trying to catch up at this point!

There's around 310 episode but they are making more. I watched it on the tv so i've seen all of them up to 140 but after that they are only japanese so i have watched a couple with sub titles.

actually alot of us feel dubs released in the us are extremely horrible especially when there is a lot of scenes edited out
