Reply to your post, these are the manga I've read in addition before I watch the anime, but most of them, MOST, I have stopped reading the manga.... because of staying in hostel, away from city, hard to buy or rent the manga.

1) Tactics - I think the anime is better
2) Tsubasa Chronicle - I only watch the 1st season of the anime becasue I felt that the story of the anime are same as the manga, no surprise, so i lost my ineterest in it.
3) Fullmetal Alchemist - the manga is still on going but the anime has ended years ago. Love both anime and manga although the plots different.
4) Black Cat - Both the manga and anime are finished, different plots and ending, love both
