When I click the donate link, and choose to pay for the anime, I have two options. Whether to pay using pay-pal or to not (if I dont have an account)

Assuming I dont have an account, is the 2nd method still safe and ensured to get me the benefits? Im sure you know the link, and where it directs you
Right now I'm at the option to fill in the information that is shown when I cllick 'Dont have a pay-pal account? Paying using credit card or bank account'.
