Hi, I have donated $20 to this site and encountered problems. before I donated, I was able to download twice. 1 last night and the onother 1 the following morning. I then decided to donate this afternoon. after donating, I made 1 more download. I then tried downloading for the 4th time but it is already blocking me as if I have not downloaded. Saying I am limited only to 3 downloads per day. Can you please check and let me know what was wrong. Also how do I do mass downloading. thanks!

Well it seems that you donated for the soundtracks instead of the anime. So at the moment, you can mass download soundtracks. Also even if you're a donate for anime, you can't mass download them. They still have to be downloaded one at a time. If you meant to donate for the anime, Edmunds can change it from soundtracks to anime.
