Hi, when I signed up it said on the site that it was a donation for 6 months of service not a subscription, I didn't ask for a renewal. Plus I hav'nt used your site since before this new payment and don't plan to any time soon for I have already watched all the animes I wanted. Your charge overdrafted my account and caused a 35$ fee, I would really appreciate it if you refunded the 19.99 and cancel my service, so I can get the 35$ refunded by the bank, until when a time comes where I have the cash and desire to re-watch your Anime.

p.s. you should update your site, the list of animes end with S, therefore some of my favorite anime's like Trigun are not on the site, I would definatly sign up again asap if you expanded your selection.

also I've tried to email The Hylia group through their site and their paypal account but they have all been returned to me.

I made a donation, I did not expect to be charged a second time, I want to be refunded for I have not used the site since before my second charge and it has over-drafted my account and cost me an extra 35$ and I want to get that refunded by the bank so I need the charge to be refunded first, none of this sites email or it's Paypal accounts email works.
