When I go by buss, car (someone else driving of course) and some times when I walk around town too (at my iPod)... And outside in the garden on my cellphone. Also I listen to the radio, when I clean or do the dishes :-)

It's legal to own the program, but it's illegal to share copyrighted tracks to people who don't own the song legally on a CD or from iTunes, and also illegal to download copyrighted tracks if you don't own the song, either.

Anywhere I can. My mp3's probably on about 2/3 of the day, when I'm not in school. School, 1/3.
