I still love this show! I thought it was very good! I didn't like the movie as much, but I loved the animation in it. Van is my favorite character and he and Allen had the coolest Guymelef's in the show. So please discuss the show! I know you love it!

The TV series was alot better than the movie but the music for both were excellent! Folken is probably my favorite character.

Love the show, i just bought the boxset and movie last summer, the animation is great, just wish they continued it.

I've never seen the show, but I have Escaflowne: The Movie. It's really cool! I really like Van! Anyways, I plan on buying the series since I like the movie so much.

My very first anime series.

Yea this got me started on the whole anime kick, Van Fanel is awesome. He's like Heero Yuy from Gundam Wing in a way but it's totally different. That and I'm a huge fan of medievil type of things like sword fights and magic. Good series.

Folken is the best character alive. Evil to Good and a myriad of changes along the way, you don't know his real intentions and when you do they are very noble and amazing. I wish they showed more of him..

Vision of Esacaflowne is one of my favorite series. The music is the best and the plot is wonderfully deep yet unconfusing.

Van is the man! He took such a beating in the show, but he was still fighting! He was better looking then Allen too, what was Hitomi thinking!

Never actually saw the movie but I love the series. It had great characters, the storyline was cool and you can't get much better than giant mechs fighting each other.
