I'm right there with you! I love watching it. Who's your favorite team/boat? I'm always rooting for the Northern. Sig and his brother are such cards. But sometimes it can be so heart wrenching. Did you see that one episode where one of the ships went down and some of the other ships that were near helped in the search for survivors?

Yeah, that one was intense. I kinda like the crew of the Cornelia Marie. I'd be lying if I said I didn't like Sig though. He can be a right-up bastard (the good kind) when he wants to. I still can't believe that episode where the rookie fell asleep at the wheel and got away with it.

While I go for Ice Road Truckers, I like to watch them from time to time. I'm quite partial to the Time Bandit. It's great stuff! Have you seen the one that the Northwestern pranks the Cornelia Marie with, get this, a Ford pick-up? That was the greatest!

Like YOU know anything about good television, n00b. Bet you like the standard formula of disposable reality TV shows like, Survivor, Joe Millionaire, Viva Hollywood, Flavor of Love, I Love New York, That's Amore, Rock Of Love, Shot Of Love, and many others, which consist in cruddy drama, silly funny moments, and skin show-off.
If you want TRUE reality, sit and watch real men fight the odds and possibly each other so they can have their paycheck in the end.

WTF? What does American Idol have anything to do with The Deadliest Catch? The Deadliest Catch is real life, real people and real danger just to bring home a pay check and provide crab lovers some great food. None of those pansies from American Idol could withstand one day aboard one of those ship.
