if yall need a good anime download site try Anime A - Free Anime Downloads Episodes!
they use rapidshare, depositfiles, and megaupload
for yall perverts they also let you download hentai if u register which only asks for your email

however i just normally use DC++ / torrents to grab anime
a good place to keep up to date on new series is Anime-Source.Com
the admins always update within 30min of a new release of any anime/episode and they are even kind enough to let you know which groups released the fan subbed version of each episode by bolding them
its a great site and they even let you read manga online =)
