Both are 100% anime, and they are pretty well stocked.

Animeost.net follows a points-for-posts system, instead of our downloads-for-posts.
Also, you have to download each songs individually, so albums cost A LOT of points.

Gendou's Anime Music is free, almost.
You only need to register to start downloading.
However, the site is more oriented toward OPs and EDs.
