It might not be my favorite, but I think the best weapon I have ever had on any game was called the Anal Probe on Destroy All Humans.

Glass, Ice and Daedric weapons where always my favorites from Morrowind.

I also like Unreal Tournament 2004's shieldgun, because it's really humiliating to your opponent when you actually manange to kill them with it.

Personal / real weapon, I love Nunchaku. I have been practicing with them for years... I love any weapons that require a high level of skill and style to use effectively... So guns are totally out. No style at all.

Ah, the best of all is Hadouken. Hadouken makes all these others melt with a single spark...

But, more powerful than this is Chuck Norris Roundhouse Kick. The strongest of all...
