Whats a really good place to get fast exp in FF VII and FF VIII, later on in the game that is.

FF VII - Northern Crater. You can get 8000 Exp and 1000 AP from Magic Pots and 800 AP from Movers there. Which is the best you can get from non-boss enemies. Apocalypse, Scimitar and Exp Plus are good things to take with you when you're leveling up.

FF VIII - The place with the toughest monsters (but also the ones that gice the most Exp is either the Island Closest to Heaven or the Island Closest to Hell. There are also lots of draw points with lots of powerful magics there. Just keep tapping X while you're on the world map.

Go to the sunken sub where you get yuffies ultimate weapon there is strong guys there and they have a mass number of attacks

yes, the sunken sub has psycho enemies lol, what were they called? something like mystery monster 1 and mystery monster two, it was something like that and i can't remember, weren't they all shinra creations, oh and you do get some good stuff there too, like the hades materia

Pshhh the sunken sub is filled with n00b monsters at this point in the game. Thanx for the advice. Im still having trouble finding the islands though

Obviously, Beating Ruby and Emerald Weapons give you a crapload of exp. and AP

On ff8, the cactuar island gives you 20AP per cactuar you kill

VIII, Artemis has the idea there, I got all of my characters to level 100 there in only a few hours. I always preferred the Island Closest to Hell rather than Heaven.

VII, The watery place in the crater with the Tonberry's and whatnot, it has excellent AP there as well.
