where is it and where are the things you upgrade it at i can not find them cause i dont know where to look..

You find Rikku's ulitmate weapon in the Mushroom Rock Trail. You have to use the airship, because it's a secret location. The password is :GODHAND. It will automatically get that destination on the map for you. Use the Celestial Mirror on the chest and there you go!

How to level it up is by getting the Mercury Crest in the Sanubia Desert and the Mercury Sigil. You get that by completing the Cactuar's mini game in the desert. Take them back to where you got the celestial mirror

Anyway, in the first place, you need the Celestial Mirror for all Celestial Weapons. Second, to get Rikku's Celestial Weapon, Godhand, type GODHAND (case sensitive) as the password in the airship.
Both the Mercury Crest and Sigil can be found in Sanubia desert, as Mistress of Darkness said.
