Disgaea: Hour of Darkness

This is starting to become one of my favorite games! You play as Prince Laharl of the Netherworld. Your father, the Overlord of the Netherworld choked on a pretzel and died. :duh: So, everyone is trying to become the Overlord, but you must stop them to become King of the Netherworld. All the cut scenes are in anime type sequences and their is voice acting in english and japanese. It's a strategy RPG like Final Fantasy Tactics. It's really funny! I find myself laughing on over half of the talking sequences.

really it sounds cool but,I never played the game.for what console is this game on.

Yeah this game is really awesome. It has so many features which add to its replay value. Aya pretty much sumed up the basics so I suppose I will just completly support it. I started playing the game a few days ago and havent stopped playing it since. @_@ so addictive...

Gah, I know! I can't stop playing it! The levels are always challenging and they make for some kick ass battles! Where are you in the game Kokuei? I'm on episode 7. All my characters are around level 25, but I just made a bunch of new ones and am leveling them up.

good news...i breifly played this game and got thru the first chapter...(i know it isnt much but im still addicted to suikoden 3) and i hafta say its really good and the story is so very original and refreshing...i'm planning on buying this one very soon.

Im on the final chapter. I'll probably go ahead and beat it and get the normal ending then use the newgame+ feature to get the others. Anyway does anyone know a place I can go and get some of the songs from the game? I tried Kazaa but only a few people have it but they dont share.

I know the official site for the game was a few downloads, not sure what songs though. Anyways, how many hours do you have on the game and what are your levels on the final chapter?

I have about 76 hours on the game and the levels are various due to transmigration. Laharl is level 60 but he has already transmigrated several times. Anyway I will check out the main site and see what they have. Let me know if you find any other places

I haven't found any more Disgaea music, but I am on Episode 10 now! It's so hard!! I have around 53 hours on the game and my Laharl is level 42. What's the hardest episode in the game?

Grandia is on PS2 isnt it Dreary? Anyway I was going to buy it. I think I will certainly get it now. A few Questions . . .
1. How long is it?
2. Graphics?
