Favorite FF OST

Ok, which final fantasy OST was ur favorite, mine are FF7,FF8 and FF10 FFX-2, i dunno they just sound different the themes and stuff. Anyways which ur favs?

Mine is definitely FFIX. It has the best music out of any Final Fantasy. The FFIX: Piano Collections OST is pretty good too.

I like them all. It's hard to choose, but I guess I'll have to Pick FFVII. I like all the songs in the game. I also love The Black Mages CD and the FFX-2 Vocal Collection.

I guess it would be 8 & 9 for me. I like that song in Latin for Edea, you know in the carnival when they try to kill her. And in 9 probably the world map song no wait! the one were something evil is hapening ex: When Bahamut attacks Alexandria and you see kuja call the ship but it doesnt work. That music it has a pretty cool sound to it. Oh yeah and I like the chocobo theme for all.

hmm i like FFX and FFX-II OST they kick ass. they are filled with action and cool music

I'm going with FF VII and FF VIII. I like every single one of the musics in any Final Fantasy but my favourites can be found on those two OSTs so I'll go with those.

Hmmm....

Tricky.

FF7 has almost perfect music for every scene.....FF8 just has great music and makes the game seem more epic and grand. FF9 is probably the worst of the PSOne generation games, it just seems un-inspiring generally (there are a few exceptions though.)

FFX is ok, but it isn't really anything special. There are a lot of great pieces, but there are also a few bad ones. FFX-2 is for the most part.....really bad. The themes are just all wrong for the situation etc.

FFXI is fantastic. The music is really good and Mizuta did a cracking job.
