Well, my favourite FMV for this would also be my favourite alltime FF FMV...
It comes from FF8, when Balamb Garden and Galbadia Garden are fighting just before the second fight with Edea. Running across that battle scene is just amazing, the detail...is just breath-taking. No other FMV has ever produced anything so spectacular. |

FFVII: The exact moment Sephiroth is killed, the blood flowing from his face as he falls back and vapourises into the planet's core. Unbeatable.
FFVIII: When Rinoa is trapped in space and see's Squall's ring travel across her face. Just shows that point when she realises she has something to live for. Best moment in FFVIII FFIX: When Bahamut destroy's Queen Bhrane's fleet under the control of Kuja. Or when the blood flows from Kuja's fore head and the look he gave out in front of him, knowning that he will get revenge for his spilled blood.

FF VII: Aeris ies or Sephiroth dies
FF VIII:Garden Battle or the ending FF IX:The ending or the scene in Cargo Ship where the black mages die and Vivi battles against Black Waltz#3 and almost drops, and at the same FMV the black waltz 3 crashes because of his own magic.
