Default Timesplitters 1 and 2

This game is awesome i currently have part 2 and i beat the story mode in it, the game is good because they mix many time periods so you can use weapons from early 20th century then you have weapons that look futuristic so i think it is a good game.

TS2 is awesome on both Gamecube and PS2. We got drunk and played it fourplayer all night after the play last semester.

i think the controls are supposed to be easier on GCN, and thats what I have, but controls can be easily figured out in 15mins, nothing big. I loved this game, it is by far my favorite shooter ever, and I had so much fun playing it, in fact, ill probably play it with my friend when he comes over today. I always play capture the bag in training ground, that is tons of fun. I also like how you can do map maker and make 8 story places, thats always fun too.

My preffered method of killing people is using the double shotguns or throwing a remote mine in someone's face.
I remember killing many with bricks.

I like playing capture the bag, one hit KOs, and bricks, even though I always dominate them, It's still fun. I like to put sticky grenades on people and watch them blow up. I also like putting TNT on my friends, then they get the speed boost, run into the base, and blow the whole place up, then I follow at a safe distance and grab the bag.

Getting on the Neutral Team
Another thing I noticed that you can do is be on the Neutral team, its kind of a cheat, but not really. When another human (can't be first player) just selected their team, and it is starting, press B (on GCN controls) immediately, and you are Neutral. While you are Neutral you can steal both people's bags, and secure none, and you cannot score either. Also, both teams are shooting at you, so it gets EXTREMELY HARD if you have 10 comps and a few humans fighting like mad. Go try it, right now!

TS2 is a lot easier to control on the GCN, but on either system, it's a great game. I kicked my friend's asses in multiplayer(spend too much time playing games, lol).

The reason why the GNC version has better controls is because it's shoulder buttons are analogue meaning the faster or harder you press, the faster and harder the bullets fire.

I love both games but I must admit the loading times in the first one are quite awful.

Favourite weapons: double shotgun, tactical 12 gauge and sniper rifle.

Really good idea: Get a team of three friends and acouple of bots, play Ice station level in a team battle against the highest ranking bots. Then everyone choose a position (defense, espionage, infiltration) etc. It makes the game SO much more fun. I'm always the sniper
