Half-Life Counter-Strike/CS Condition Zero

I've had a lot of online gaming experience, and I'm just dying for Condition Zero to come out. Luckily, it's coming out this fall, and CS is still coming out with 1.6 version. I heard it's the best, but I'm just not sure if it's officially out or not.

Both are out here. I have not played CZ yet and quite frankly don't want to. The Single Player has not interested me in the slightest.

1.6 is also out and I might add that I am deeply disappointed by the fact you can not use CS skins and new model files. You use defualt looking CS. The Famas is a pile of pish but the IMI Galil is very neat.

The riot sheild is over the top.. it is far to powerful and ruins the game. You could charge at 4 guys with an AK and kill them all with the USP under the shield. It must be taken out soon.

The HUD in game is spaced out to much and hard to navigate, unlike before.

The steam system in which 1.6 runs on is DISGUSTING. It is awful. It takes about a minute to load CS up. You cannot make shortcuts to CS you must work your way through steam to get to it as well as all the games. You really have to use it to see how bad it is.

It doesnt look good for CS.. it's no where near how good it once was back on 1.4 and 1.3

I've been playing cs a while and i love it. I got addicted. Hooked by Zidane :lol:. Neways great game 1.6 is kinda hard though....

I really liked cs a lot when it was in 1.5 and before that and i realy really loved 1.6 when it was in beta..but now that the full version of it has been released i hate it, i hevnt been able to play once, it crashes, and its very buggy

I dont like any of the above 1.6 or Condition zero. CS 1.5 was amazing the best online game and so addictive to play. Now 1.6 is just full of crap like the riot shield and fake names. As for Condition Zero whats the point its single player cs which doesn't even look good.

Well, it comes to show you- CS has been trying too hard to make the game better; instead it's a catastrophe. I guess that it's better i stick to the older CS mods. I haven't checked the stores lately, but I know 1.6 is out here, just not Condition Zero. This is probably what you get for working on two sequels at the same time.

Beh, I still play 1.5. I haven't heard anything good out of 1.6 yet. What's great about 1.6 though are the riot shield n00bs who just stand there in front of an awper, giving him enough time to aim through the hole in the shield and taking him out, leaving th en00b to yell "WTF!" lol

Anyways... yea I'm not that great at CS, but every once in a while I get a good run. (Last night I was 12-3 on dust at one point, got 3 kills (2 of then knife kills

) in my first round so it was a total fluke lol I ended up 15-10 though

)

This past weekend i was playing CS and i was just too good, lol. I guess i should stick to 1.5 forever.

Unfortunatley, we can't. Rumour has it that Valve is gonna shut down WonID soon, rendering 1.5 and below useless. Oh well...

Rumour has it that CS:CZ is coming out in a couple of weeks though.
