Team Fortress 2

Boy, I can't wait- not only is it the first popular online game for Half-Life, but now the sequel is going to be just as big as Condition Zero will be. This game is using the same graphics engine as Half-Life 2 and Condition Zero, and I heard that the performance will be even better than the first Team Fortress game. If TFC's game performance was good then, I can't really imagine what it will be like now.

I have been following it for months and months. It looks uber l337. Kinda reminds me of CS a little though, seems to be really focused on team battling this time, not just a wave of spam.

It looks great though, new graphics, and a brand new engine to play one of the most addictive online games ever.

simply can't wait.

Er is it just me or have they been planning this for over 3 years now? I remember hearing about Team Fortress 2 way way back... is it ACTUALLY coming out soon?

Yep, 5 years actually, yeah I know what your gonna say "that was when HL1 came out how?" ... they just have :|

HL2 is very very near to release dat in the UK. It should have been released already but been delayed twice. It's nearing it's time and TFC2 will follow just behind it I have read over on gameplay.com

Only thing im looking forward to is TFC2 Half life 2 im not too bothered about never liked the first and the only thing that could be good about the game is the interactivity. However TFC2 looks like it could be a great game.

Yes, TFC2 will be a great game. At least one of the reasons it was delayed was because they needed to change the graphics engine so it can be the same as HL2. I saw some images a while back showing that it had the same graphics as the original TFC, but just a little better. But now, it's alot more cooler looking. I get PC Gamer magazine, and I saw at least one screenshot of the game. Looks very impressive. The thing is, they better not put those damn whore HWs in the game.....

Will TFC2 be another free add-on to Half-Life or Counterstrike or will it be purchased seperate?

I think it is an add-on, since Counter-Strike 1.6 operates like that.
