I think when it says "Third Enemy" It might mean one of the hooded characters, or some new Sub Boss. "Third Enemy" could be anyone.

Hmmm... you have a point. But I think that Enigmatic Man was referring to Duel Wielding Boy when he said to Sora "You look just like him." If you've seen the trailer pics, this theory doesn't sound all too far-fetched.

Yeah, you could be right. But then he said it to the Glow Eyed unknown, or it looks like it.
Lets see. In the Deep Dive trailer we see 4 people in the same cloak uniform. 1. The Dual Weilder
2. The Enigmatic Man
3. The Glow-eyed Unknown
4. The Blindfolded Unknown(Riku?)
In one of the screen shots for KHII, we see 5
I think it's safe to eliminate the Dual Weilder since it looks like he's one of the goodguys(I'm not saying the cloak characters are evil)
And then we see one of the cloak character's faces. The Red haired unknown.
