Probably the Saturn. Might also be a product of the time it existed. Import gaming was a big deal at the time, and the internet wasn't as prevalent, so finding out about games, tracking down overseas releases, visiting import shops, finding the right mem/RAM cart to let you max out the machines potential while allowing for mod-free import play . . . it was an whole experience, stuff beyond the machine itself. Besides, it had Panzer Dragoon (1,2 and Saga), VirtualOn, VirtuaFighter (1,Remix, 2) Fighter's Megamix, Radiant Silvergun, the good version of the original Toshinden, Guardian Heroes, Dragon Force, Burning Rangers, Grandia, the good version of the only decently fun DBZ game ever made (IMO ;-p), Cyberspeedway, all the great 2D Capcom fighters of that age, NiGHTs, Last Bronx, that weird fighting game based on VF2 that had characters based on the winners of some VF competition in Japan . . . I apparently can just go on and one.
Good times.
