My Vote goes for Kurosaki Ichigo from Bleach. Ichigo rocks his Bankai form is ultra fast but he hasn't mastered it yet so it's only effective for a while but it still rocks. Also his hollow form kicks ***.

Hmmm...
For an anime character, I would have to choose... Ranma, from Ranma 1/2.
Why? Well, he would be able to at least hold his own against most game characters, since he has a fireball as well. And if he gets paired against Felicia (from Darkstalkers), well, let's just say it could get hairy.

For a game character, I would pick... Link, of the Legend of Zelda series.
Why? Well, I prefer Link to most of the other game characters, and I believe he could put Sephiroth in his place. So Sephiroth can cut you in half. So what, Link has fairies.

Game - I vote companion cube. <3 (Companion Cube - Portal/Orange Box)

Anime - Kiba from Naruto. He's fully sick. (Kiba - Naruto)

gowuni, one language please. you don't need to show off that you know katakana, a lot of us do. It also doesn't help that in Berserk you used a hiragana "ku" instead of a katakana "ku".
