It's either Devil Jin or Samus for me.

Devil Jin because he seems like the strongest character in Tekken who carries the Devil Gene. Plus, he looks like a badass.

Samus because she has a whole bunch of equipment, plus the speed and manuverability to win most engagements. And she looks cool in the PED Suit.

If anything, I'd pick Devil Jin because he looks like such a badass.
