I feel real sad when I think about what Cloud had to deal with.

Bestfriend dies for him, girl he loves dies for him and by the hands of the one he once wanted to be like, person he once wanted to be like became his enemy, seen other girl (tifa) he loves almost die by the hands of someone he once wanted to be just like, lost the memory of his bestfriend...

Cloud has had to deal with alot of shit, and yet he fights on, that guy is a true HERO.

Well, to sorta change course of topic, I thought the ending to Way of the Samurai 2 was pretty emotional. (the ending where Sayo gets killed in action) Even thought the voice overs were terrible, it was still pretty heart breaking.

Oh... I think that some Zelda scenes are pretty good.

FFVII where Aeris died. The first time I saw that I was shocked , the music for the following battle was perfect.

Just about every FF fan seen Aeris (or whatever you wana call her) die, they were shocked.
It was a sad day in gaming...and I really liked her, she was cool.
haha, tho I never use her in any of my new games now that I know what awaits her.
