Evidently, I like both, Mario & Sonic, equally in their own unique ways (which that's what I've voted for). Now, if I was going to pick one (which I'm kind of glad that I don't have to do so), then it would be Sonic [even if I did experienced with Mario for the 1st time in my like (a long, long time ago) before I did with Sonic].

Mario; I grew up with him.
Sonic did dominate Mario for a while, until a few years ago.
Mario wins for me by a thin line YAY.

It depends on when you are talking about. I personally preferred the old 2D Sonic over Mario, but lately he's had few good games. In the 3D world Mario would win hands down.

well putting ur biase aside sonic would actualy kill mario plz belive that
