The guy down the bottom of the 100 level dungeon in FFX-2. Annoying as hell to get to him, but the payoff for killing him was worth it.

You get the Iron Duke, which greatly increases your stats, including the doubling of both HP and MP.

Hmm. The FF weapons were always a cinch for me, but I'm a pretty hardcore FF fan. FFXII's bosses are just hard in general.
