This sounds more like the answer I would have put down. Overall, Ocarina of Time was a great game, great enough to be played multiple times after ending it.

I loved the dungeons in Master Quest, just because it mixed everything up from what you were familiar with

another one was pirates fortress from MM because the way it was set up how it confused you which rooms the eggs were in, it kind of looked like a tree house of some sort and also slashing the pirates were fun too

I liked Ganon's Castle in OoT, it combined all of the previous temples into one, and had the best boss.

I can't think of a favorite, and if I were to list all the ones I really liked, I'd be listing too many.

I personally love all the temples from both Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask. And as much as I try to remember Wind Waker ones, I just can't.

If I had to choose a favorite, Forst Temple from OoT, it had a mystical and creepy enviroment none else had, not to mention, the characters and enemies. And the last one from Majora's, the whole turning upside down, and the way you had to go through to get to the temple, just kickass.

The only 3d zelda I've beat is TP (sad I know - I'm working on OOT and MM after), but I really liked the one temple where you get the spinny thing. Where you can slide along the walls and stuff.
