Master chief hands down. he is a a freakin super-soldier with so many enhancements that augment his body to the point where it's not fair. Samus wouldn't stand a chance

This is crazy, it's like comparing Batman to Superman!!! Samus has the superior firepower and abilities, but Master Chief is certainly awesome in his own right. The problem is Samus has capabilities that just wouldn't exist in the Halo universe!

Samus, because she can hold more weapons & can expand her health & missile capacity, but Master cheif can only hold 2 weapons
