Default No right click to copy and paste?

In correct, you just have to use your keyboard like they did before mice.

Ctrl+C = Copy
Ctrl+X = Cut
Ctrl+V = Paste
Shift+Left/Right buttons = Higlight
Shift+Mouse Drag = Higlight
Shift+Click on link = Open Link in new Window

What about saving images? Since there's no 'left click, save as'. I don't know of a way to do that using the keyboard.

It helps but all of these is kinda a hassle thing to do. Why is the right click disabled?

It was a choice made by the people who coded the forums as they wanted a menu jump instead of the right click function. Once you get used to it its not a lot of hassle
