You can fit a pretty large amount of pics on to Angelfire. I use it to host all of my sigs and I still a a ton of room. Plus it's free.

I like using www.miamihost.net

It's free, easy to use and you can register easily, only thing is they changed the homepage recntly and i can't find the loggin thingy...

Boomspeed is a pretty good hoster, but it's a bit tricky, sometimes they boot their members. It usually works, I havent' been there in a loooooooooooonnnnnnggggg time though, they booted me for some reason, can't remember why.

Geocities is a great one if you know the trick to uploading it. See, they don't allow hotlinking for images, BUT, there is a way to get around it. After you upload the file, say "rename", and put ".txt" at the end of it where it says .jpg, .gif, or whatever. Just change it to .txt and it should allow hotlinking then. If not, you did something WRONG. XD
