There is no one objective answer to these questions, and if you think there is, then you completely miss the big picture.
Any answer that anyone gives IS clouded, IS biased, because we are all subjective, all viewing things from a certain set of circumstances, from our own personality, from our own set of beliefs.
Now as for me, I think that humankind are not inherently good nor evil, but shaped by our life experience, and good and evil are very subjective values.
As for God, I view it as the universal consciousness, the oneness of all beings, as opposed to an external being. Kind of a heavy subject, and an abstract one. THERE IS NO RIGHT ANSWER. Period.
And then who is responsible for our problems? Well that seems pretty obvious to me, we are; we are responsible for our own lives and how we have lived them, both individually and as a whole, and if problems arise and we do not surmount them, it is no one and nothing's fault but our own. But again, that isn't the "right" answer, it's just my answer.
