What do you not understand? You've been banned (this will make the 16th time) over and over again. You don't know how to stay on topic. You harass other members by sending them private messages, emails and even instant messages when they don't even know who you are and tell you to leave them alone. Just leave and don't come back.

Do I have to spell it out? We are all tired of your bull!

The staff is getting tired of apologizing to the members for you stalking and harassing them. Do you even know what the term stalker means? To follow or observe (a person) persistently, especially out of obsession or derangement. Do you know what harassment means? To irritate or torment persistently. That's what you do. So get it through that thick head of yours that we will just keep banning your until you finally get the message that you are not welcomed here anymore. You have forced this attitude out of us.

I would like to apologize to the members and staff that I had to take this course of attitude in this post. But sometimes it can't be helped when someone forces you to act or speak in a unprofessional like manner.

Just to let you members know...

I notice that he was online today looking around the board and then I noticed that he was sending yahoo messages to a few of the members (two that I know of). So if you receive any weird messages via yahoo, you'll know who they are from. Just ignore it, delete it, do what ever you want with the message.

I was going to say if you know his IP address, then wouldn't it be possible to inform his internet provider on what he is doing as I'm sure they maybe able to do something, or I'm I going about things the wrong way

His IP changes from day to day. Otherwise we would have IP banned him already. Even if we do a wild card ban, we would end up banning other members who share a partial IP with his. I'm already thinking about contacting Telekom Malaysia Berhad which is the ISP. Most of the IP's are coming from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia but a few times his IP has came from Klang, Malaysia.

If hes not changing user names, do a user name ban?
And a wild card would work if the very last set was the only set of numbers that were different.
And then if a member shares those numbers, you should be able to do a unban on the IP of that specific member.

I'm a former web admin for several forums... so I know how to do several things...

We do a user ban every time he changes his name. He's had 15 of them now. Also there are like six different wild card numbers we would have to ban... 124.13.*.*; 60.48.*.*; 60.50.*.*; 60.51.*.*; 60.53.*.*; 60.54.*.* That's way too many to do that to. We'd end up banning a whole country just because of one putz.
