The company that he is getting internet service from is subletting from another company so there is not just one set ip address. And yes... 16 times now. Why? He just can't seem to understand that when you get banned, that's it. You stay gone. You don't come back.

All of the 60's are coming from Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and the 124 are coming from Klang, Malaysia.
Only admins can change members privileges. All mods can do to members accounts besides banning is change signatures, avatars and profile pictures. But this guy will make a new account every time the old one gets banned. One night I banned him at least six times. Stayed up all night that night until he finally gave up and left the board. So changing his privileges wouldn't work cause he would just make another account just like when he gets banned.
