In my sleep I guess, seems the best way to go.

I don´t want to die old, every old person I know is either demented, senile or just mentally damaged.
I think I´ll hang myself when I want to die. with a sack over my head, so people wont have to see the face.
(The faces of people who have been hanged don't look pretty, trust me.)

Something quick, painless, and not too emotionally harmful to those I love, but definitely before I start to have serious troubles getting around or if I need others to take care of me.

As for me, I'd like to die whilst hugging the ones I love because I wouldn't be afraid.

probably doing something really awesome/helpful to someone else. then it could be a sweet story to tell other people. a la Nick Swardson:
"Dude, i heard your grandma died, what happened?"
"Psh.... flipped her 'vette, man!"

If by murder, then an unexpected gunshot through the head. Fast and painless.

Natural was my first reaction non murder-wise, but that is a scary thought.
