I'd like to die saving someone. That'd be cool.

i know that this may sould strainge but my ideal death would be spontainious combustion then falling off the back of a large ship and being sucked into one of the propellars

I'd like to be shot by police in a totalitarian state, whilst doing the dance of the seven veils to punk music in front of a high-profile national building

Assuming I have a family by the time I die, then I'd prefer to die in my sleep. Otherwise, I'm not sure I'd be ready to die yet, so I'd hope for my death to be an accident then.
