Try clicking it again. I just clicked it right now, and it worked. In fact I'm currently downloading the full album.

I'm not quite sure what to tell you on that. I downloaded the entire album successfully, and all of the songs worked. Try clicking this:
.hack G.U. GameMusic O.S.T.vol.2 MP3 - Download .hack G.U. GameMusic O.S.T.vol.2 Soundtracks for FREE! And make sure you're not clicking on the download all songs at once link as you haven't donated and don't have over 100 posts. You can only download the songs one at a time at this point in time.
