This track doesn't download well. It only gives a ~400 bytes long file with ".mp3" extension but HTML content with a "404 Not Found" error and other details inside.

Maybe the file name contains an ilegal character? The original track full name is "L'Arc En Ciel The Fourth Avenue Café", note the final "e with accute acent" of the French word "Café".
