How can I download phone-files on my computer?

I already asked this question in the filesharing-Thread, but I think it was deleted. So I asking my question again; is there a possibility to download Soundfiles of a game which are only for phone (there´s only "download to phone" and nowhere "download to computer")?

FYI... It was moved to the soundtrack request section.

If it's only available for download to phone, then the sound files are only 30 seconds long. But on some of them you can download them to your computer the same way that you download the full size songs to the computer.
